Capital Pilot is the rating agency for startups and scaleups. We provide a neutral, standardized and scalable rating of a company's investability to act as a signal of quality to potential investors. Our ratings come with a 24-page assessment report, highlighting strengths in the investor proposition and areas for improvement. We are now focused on Rescue Equity Funding - a new initiative, in conjunction with Seedlegals and Kin Capital, to deploy survival funding to thousands of startups and scaleups which are at risk of failure because of capital starvation caused by the COVID-19 crisis. When launched, our fund will deploy £50,000 per startup in around a week. Our rating system will select qualifying companies, and Seedlegals SeedFAST will complete the investments in the form of an EIS eligible convertible instrument. Startups and scaleups can also benefit from our investor search tools, and top-rated companies are introduced to investors in our network based on fit. When market conditions return to normal we will launch our passive co-investment fund Autopilot, which will commit up to 25% of a company's fundraise based solely on its rating. Capital Pilot's rating system is designed to be universal and neutral, improving signalling across all members of the early stage investment marketplace.
