We are building an exciting new breed bioscience company through the combination of early-stage novel science and long-term shareholder capital. Cambridge Science Corporation (CSC) launched in 2018 with the mission of improving patient lives through the acceleration of translational research and creating long-term value for our shareholders. We are pursuing internal drug development programs and we launch, finance, and manage biotech companies commercializing novel technologies developed in the top labs at the world’s premier research institutions. Our primary goals are to help patients by focusing on opportunities that address large unmet medical needs and to create long-term value for our shareholders. Our research and development capital allocation process prioritizes three characteristics of successful biotech companies in order: people, science, and intellectual property.
