The company was founded in 1983 as Cain Ouse Associates and changed its name in 2011 to Cain Thomas Associates, Inc. to reflect the ownership of Jay Cain and Scott Thomas. In addition to traditional MEP Design services, we also offer Commissioning, LEED Consulting, Energy Modeling and expert witness type services.
