What Is CP Management?
CP Management was established in 1986 and has since become New Hampshire's #1 third party property manager. Our commercial portfolio under management is currently approximately 4 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial space. We also manage approximately 3,000 housing units including both multifamily and condominiums. We cover a geographic region stretching from Northern Rhode Island to Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. At CP we treat every property as if it were our own. Our goal is to relieve the owner or association of all management duties by dealing with day to day upkeep, preventive maintenance, capital improvements, leasing, accounting, and tenant/owner communication. Our diverse industry knowledge, consistency of clients/employees, and high-quality standards set us apart from competitors.
