CMH Architects, Inc. was established in Birmingham in 1980 as an Alabama Corporation. At CMH Architects, we believe the key to quality design begins with the principals, who have more than 120 years of design experience, and are personally involved in each and every project, from inception through post-construction. This expertise is complemented by a staff of experienced associates whose distinctive work is now evident throughout the United States. In addition to retail projects, the firm’s practice includes mixed-use developments, healthcare and institutional projects. The firm has designed projects in 27 states from Vermont to Nevada. CMH’s staff includes registered architects, intern architects, interior designers, graphic designers, and administrative personnel. Ten of our architects are LEED accredited professionals. We have experience in successfully managing complex institutional, educational, commercial, medical and religious projects. We are extremely proud of our staff, both for their competence as well as the fact that they have made a long term commitment to CMH. Our senior architects have an average of 22 years experience and most of those years have been with CMH. Our strength as a firm in designing cost-effective projects comes from our dedicated staff.
