CMC Sheet Metal, Inc. has performed sheet metal projects ranging from $100 to over $6 million, with an average annual sales volume of $11.5 million per year over the past five years. Smaller projects valued at or below $45,000 accounted for an average $1.1 million of this volume per year. Our fabrication facilities are in two buildings totaling 47,000 square feet, situated on two and one-half acres. We are capable of rolling, forming and braking sheet metal products up to ten-gauge. Our shop is equipped with state of the art sheet metal fabricating equipment including two Vulcan 2400 Plasma Arc Cutters, various 100 feet per minute roll-forming machines, and 300 amp high frequency welding machines for stainless steel and aluminum. We have an excellent specialty shop and can fabricate most items in the sheet metal line including automatic dampers, fire dampers, access doors, convector covers, stainless steel hoods, sump pans, eliminator blades, aluminum and galvanized louvers, breachings, electrical cabinets, and junction boxes.
