It all started about 21 years ago, a seasoned realtor with passion in helping clients realized their American dream of owning real estate. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2001, and #9 Producer in the New England Region 2021. Due to an increase in demand for service, Charlotte started CL Boston Property Management 10 years ago and is dedicated to helping clients manage their real estate investment and at the same time - stress free. Charlotte believes in building trust and integrity means everything in business. Almost all of her clients are from referral and the database continues to grow year after year. She treats all of the properties as her own and she is devoted to her clients. In 2020 a market took a deep dive with COVID-19, CL Boston Property Management staffs spend most of the time in research and gather resources working with owners and tenants side by side creating deferred and reduced rent payments & finding government assistants to help tenants who are in need to get through the most difficult time.
