CIFT is one of Ohio’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) partners dedicated to providing assistance to companies resulting in jobs created or retained, increased profits, advanced technologies, and enhanced productivity within the following critical strategic areas: technology acceleration, supplier chain development, sustainability, workforce, and continuous improvement. CIFT delivers these resources to manufacturers within the northwest region of Ohio, along with a specialized emphasis on food processing. The northwest Ohio region is coordinated by CIFT which combines resources from Ohio satellites located at Northwest State Community College (Archbold) and Rhodes State College (Lima), who serve as partners in delivering valuable services to manufacturers within a 19 county territory.
