CH2 Solutions is an ultra boutique software development company. We carefully choose our projects every year. We have fewer than 25 employees with access to 600 developers and testers. Jason Short has over 20 years of experience in the software development lifecycle. Jason has been a Chief Technical Officer of three different companies before starting CH2 Solutions. As an ultra boutique software firm, both Jason and Kristi are able to get intimately involved in every project. This makes us unique. Our competitors, even the ones with fewer than 25 employees, will assign a team lead or project owner/manager on your project. That lead typically only has 3-5 years of experience. To have us involved in your project is like having a technical executive as part of your company. You will not get this with a big software development firm. CH2 solutions works on a select few projects every year so that we can provide our years of experience and focus. We talk about the bigger picture, beyond just developing the software. Before we start a project, we talk about your marketing model, revenue, and most importantly how are you going to sustain your software after it’s been built? Software is a living, breathing, growing and expanding tool for your business. When it is used to run your business, it is in constant need of new features and refactoring.
