CB Flooring is a private, locally owned and operated company headquartered in Howard County Maryland. CB Flooring was founded in 1997 by Chuck and Carol Bode. Chuck and Carol have been doing business in the MD / DC / VA markets operating as Bode Flooring since 1976. We have recently opened a new location in Harrisburg PA that will service our commercial and residential home builder customers. We are currently one of the largest privately owned flooring contractors in the country with a projected sales volume over 55 million dollars in 2006. We have three distinct business entities. Our first is our retail business, Bode Floors, a subsidiary of CB Flooring. Bode Floors is direct to the public, featuring 3 showrooms, two are located in Columbia Md. and one in Frederick Md., specializing in occupied residential flooring remodeling - including carpet, vinyl, laminate and pre-finished hardwood. Our second business is our large homebuilder business, catering to the new home construction market both detached and multifamily, which installs carpet, vinyl, hardwood, ceramic and marble for many of the top local and national homebuilders. Our third business is our commercial sales department, which handles a large variety of floor covering products for general contractors, the public sector, private developers and the government.
