The Cavatina Group focuses its core business on the office property segment. Created and led by Mr. Michal Dziuda - the main shareholder, a longstanding President and currently - the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Murapol Holding Company, the Cavatina Group is a financially and organizationally independent entity. Groups portfolio consist of six active projects in major cities of Poland. All investments rapidly reached the threshold of 225.000 sqm of GLA in first phase (Phase 1 - under construction). Currently, Cavatina Group is in the process of acquiring second phase (Phase 2) land properties that will allow to start the construction of further office buildings in the biggest Polish cities in Q2 of 2018, totaling the GLA of next 300.000 sqm in the market. The above mentioned strengths combined with the fact that the Cavatina Group holds the majority of shares of the Murapol PLC, providing underlying assets with a value exceeding EUR 200 mln, make all the Group's plans and objectives realistically achievable. Cavatina works with their own general contractor & architectural design studio. Companies expansion started in 2017 consists of opening own architectural studios based in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Siena, New York, Dubai & Bangalore.
