CAREERS: The Next Generation is a unique, charitable foundation raising youth career awareness and helping students discover careers through internship. We partner with government, educators, communities, industry, parents and students to introduce youth to meaningful employment and develop the skilled workers of the future.\r\n\r\nWe believe introducing students to great career options in high school motivates them in school, expands their opportunities and ultimately creates communities with a large and diverse skilled workforce.\r\n\r\nCAREERS currently offers programs in the health services, trades and industrial technologies. \r\n\r\nCAREERS invests in the workforce of the future by:\r\n\r\n- enabling students to explore their career options;\r\n- helping students get internships to grow their skills and employability;\r\n- supporting career education; and\r\n- promoting student awareness of industries with future job opportunities.
