Since we were established in 1997, Burts Snacks has been supplying the UK and beyond with an adventurous range of chips and snacks, made using quality British ingredients inspired by our South West heritage. As one of the only independent premium snacking companies in the country, we remain proudly family-run, with our Devonshire-roots at the core of everything we do. From humble beginnings, we’re now well on our way to becoming the leading independent producer of premium snacks in the UK. Today our vast range spans across a variety of snacking formats including, handcooked chips, crinkle cut, extruded flash dried, compression popped and popcorn. Some of which we produce under the Burts name and others for major retailers or snack brands. Our core range of flavours features the likes of Devon Roast Beef, Mature Cheddar & Spring Onion and Thai Sweet Chilli, as well as a selection of popular licensed products made in collaboration with recognisable names such as Jim Beam, Levi Roots and Guinness. We also produce Better For You alternatives, such as the Burts Lentil Waves and Popcorn Me brands. In fact, since acquiring the Leicester-based Savoury & Sweet in 2017, we’ve been able to diversify our portfolio so that we can produce a wider range of healthy snacking products under the Burts Snacks brand.
