Burpee Materials Technology, LLC was started in 1998 by Janet and Steve Burpee, and is a registered female owned business. We are located in Central New Jersey. Our complete fabrication process begins with state-of-the-art laser machining that enables superior cuts with minimal recast. Proprietary electropolishing and related processes finish surfaces to very low roughness, often producing mirror smooth surfaces even on complex geometries. We believe that our surface finishing results on nitinol, titanium alloys, cobalt alloys and other hard-to-polish metals are among the best in the world. Our nitinol heat forming operations can be tailored and optimized to suit a broad range of device performance requirements.
