What Is BuiltSpace?
The BuiltSpace Software-as-a-Service platform is already transforming how more than 27,000 buildings are operated and maintained. Our goal; to radically reduce operational costs and energy efficiency across millions of buildings. BuiltSpace is directly addressing COVID-19 with proactive cleaning assurance, now available on Amazon at https:/amazon.com/builtspace. We see that commercial real estate is experiencing massive disruption, some even call it an apocalypse, while in the back of the house, how buildings are operated remains broken, with critical information lost when staff or service providers walks out the door. BuiltSpace creates collaborative service processes, to capture service transactions and operational data in real time. Better data, in a secure database, shareable across enterprise boundaries, is the key to efficient business processes. Are we part of the Internet of Things? While BuiltSpace doesn't install devices in buildings, we integrate Things into business processes (when they improve those processes) ...allowing our platform to measure changes in operational (people costs) and energy efficiency. We believe that there are four key elements to successful business process transformation in facilities: 1) Adopt Thing-centric service processes 2) Share building knowledge 3) Move Processes beyond the Enterprise 4) Measure labour and energy to the equipment level
