For a small fee, we interact directly with warranty call centers on behalf of the homeowner to expedite claims, resolve issues, insure that the claim is addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Our team has over 20 years of experience building and remodeling custom homes. Our unique knowledge base allows us to truly understand the homeowner’s problem, insure the contractor is fixing the right things, and we work with the warranty company to minimize repair costs, while insuring that the realtor and homeowner are completely satisfied.
