Bruno Frustaci Contracting is a second generation family owned Brooklyn based General Contracting firm servicing the Tristate area. We specialize in both new construction and renovation projects on publicly funded projects of affordable housing as well as private development. With over forty years’ experience in the construction industry we have a solid financial position and credible track record with new construction projects and multi-unit gut rehabilitation projects, primarily in the public sector. We’ve worked with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), General Service Administration, Parks Department, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), and New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYCHDC).
