Bridging Hope Counseling is a group mental health practice located in Buffalo, Lino Lakes and Rogers, MN. We do individual, couple and family counseling. We also offer Experiential DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Skills groups, and Daring Wayâ„¢ Groups. We help people who struggle with depression, anxiety, teen/adolescent issues, children separation issues, divorce, trauma/abuse, life transitions, communication struggles. We have therapists who do sand tray therapy, play therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other modalities. OUR MISSION We aspire to reach the underserved and overlooked and be an environment for our team and our communities that encourages active hope, belonging and growth.
