What Is Blue Force Technologies?

Blue Force Technologies (BFT) is an AS9100D and Nadcap-accredited aerospace structures development company in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina. We assist customers in all aspects of rapid-development efforts relating to aerospace structure, typically involving advanced composites. BFT is Boeing-qualified to BAC 5317, BAC 5331, and numerous other specifications. We have received back-to-back Boeing Gold (ie highest tier) awards for 2016 and 2017. With in-house engineering and fabrication capabilities, we offer solutions for all aspects of proprietary development programs and rate production: -Large envelope 5-axis CNC machining -Reverse engineering -Detailed design and stress analysis -Tooling -Prototype / test article fabrication using prepreg, wet layup, or infusion -Program management for rapid-development programs -Bonded / fastened assemblies -Flexible production (short run, small lot, or large lot) -Filament winding
