Bluebridge Networks, LLC ("Bluebridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that on March 1st, 2004, the Company acquired the Sterling Data Center (the "Data Center"), a 20,000 sq. ft. world class data center, located in Cleveland, OH. The Data Center was built by Genuity, Inc. in 2000. Genuity entered into bankruptcy in late 2002. BlueBridge acquired the data center out of bankruptcy in early February, 2004.
