Bliss Associates was founded in 1933 by George Bliss and came of age during the formalization of the appraisal practice. Now a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm, we have a wealth of experience that we are eager to share with our customers. We have a staff of over 20 appraisers, including nine designated by the Appraisal Institute. We choose to become experts, with specialists that focus on a narrow range of property types so that we may better serve your needs efficiently, reliably, and yes, expertly. Our primary coverage areas include Missouri and Kansas, and we have just opened an office in Denver serving the state of Colorado. We also have appraisers licensed in Oklahoma, Nebraska and Arkansas.
