Established in 1982, Bismark Construction Co., Inc. is a family-owned construction manager and general contractor responsible for the building and renovation of over 1 million square feet of Connecticut's educational facilities, as well as numerous other public and private projects. Bismark prides itself on its ability to blend the latest construction management techniques and systems together with our tradition as true "General Contractors." Along with our superb management team, Bismark also employs over 50 tradesmen including carpenters, masons, operators and laborers. Our company's direct involvement with the actual building of each project has enabled us to keep abreast of current market trends and conditions and has allowed us to develop a useful database for the evaluation of competitive bids. Bismark Construction provides a complete in-house construction service including estimating / value engineering, scheduling, accounting, project management and actual building.
