The wild and wonderful story of Billson’s began waaaaay back in 1865 when Billson’s Brewery was established in beautiful Beechworth.\n\nBillson’s has seen many changes and challenges over the last 150+ years, including the temperance movement in the 1890s, a name change to Murray Breweries, and the introduction of various high quality products thanks to the exceptionally pure spring water. \n\nFast forward to 2017 when Nathan and Felicity Cowan became the proud new owners of the dusty old brewery. It had scaled back production to several well-loved cordials and become home to a few hundred pigeons.\n\nAfter some big years of hard work, Billson’s is growing and thriving. It is one of the oldest continuing beverage manufacturers in Australia and employs almost 200 staff.\n\nAt Billson’s, we proudly offer a range of unique drinks and exciting experiences. With 100 new products on the way over the next 12 months, we couldn’t be more excited for the next Billson’s chapter!
