Locally Owned and Managed...\r\n\r\nBigos Management, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Ted Bigos. The company currently holds ownership/management of over 40 apartment communities, over 8,000 units, and commercial office space. All of the apartment communities are located in the Minneapolis/St Paul metropolitan area, with the exception of one long standing community in Duluth. The current portfolio's diversity offers something for everyone from quiet suburban living to fast-paced downtown high-rise life.\r\n\r\nOver 300 people are employed at Bigos Management. The owner-managed aspect of the company is not only beneficial to our residents but also to those employed by Bigos Management. A complete benefit package, including profit sharing, is available to full time employees. \r\n\r\nOur apartment communities are staffed with qualified, experienced personnel. The realm of responsibility born by our on-site staff includes management, resident relations, maintenance, and marketing. The service-oriented company philosophy is integrated, and practiced in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws and adherence to Bigos policies and procedures. \r\n\r\nEmployee dedication and teamwork is evident through the quality service that is provided to each other and the residents of our communities. We are committed to upholding high standards of service and quality, and to progress and innovation as a company.
