Who we are Besi Austria as one of the European research and development locations within the Dutch Besi Group (BE Semiconductor Industries N.V.) develops leading edge assembly processes and equipment for substrate and wafer level packaging applications in a wide-range of end-user markets including electronics, mobile market, cloud server, high performance computing, automotive, industrial, LED and solar energy.
