What Is Bertrand Chaffee Hospital?

Bertrand Chaffee Hospital provides essential health care services for residents in southern Erie, northern Cattaraugus and Wyoming counties. For more than 70 years, we have provided quality medical services to a rural population. We established a Primary Care Center in 2010 in response to community demand, and a Heart Center in 2012 that provides cardiology and vascular diagnoses and treatments. Our outpatient services include a 24/7 Emergency Department, lab, physical therapy/rehabilitation services, imaging (CT, MRI, x-ray, ultrasound, bone density, nuclear medicine and mammography), and ambulatory surgery. We have an inpatient medical floor and a hospitalist program. We are connected to the Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home, a short-term rehab and long-term nursing facility. BCH is proud to keep healthcare local and to be an anchor for healthcare services for our neighbors.
