The six partners have 109+ years of combined investment sales experience, and since 1997, Berkeley Capital Advisors has closed 1,272 separate transactions with $8.95BN in total sales volume. Berkeley Capital does not lease, manage, develop or purchase real estate—we specialize in the brokerage of investment properties, allowing us to focus on our fiduciary responsibilities to our seller and investor clients. Our principals have represented a variety of sellers and purchasers, including life insurance companies, pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, lenders, bank trust real estate departments, and government agencies, plus numerous private real estate investors and partnerships. Although Berkeley Capital arranges investment sales throughout the Southeast, the majority of our activity is concentrated in the Carolinas.
