We are one of the largest painting, decorating and building maintenance contractors in the UK both in terms of our directly employed workforce and geographical coverage. \n\nWhilst maintaining our position as market leader, Bell Group remains a family-owned and operated company. George Bell, now Chairman of Bell Group UK, started his career at the age of sixteen as an Apprentice Painter, working through every level of the trade until he took his first steps on the entrepreneurial ladder in April 1984. George, alongside his wife and lifetime business partner, Annette Bell, set up their own commercial painting firm, operating initially in the central belt of Scotland. \n\nOur Company continued to grow through acquisition and strategic expansion throughout the UK. We have created a unique structure ensuring a solid network of key personnel based at local branches who provide great support for our clients on a local basis, but who also have the strength, expertise and backup of a national organisation. Today our 28 branches cover every square mile of mainland Britain.
