Bayland Buildings, Inc. is a General Contractor - Design Build - Construction Management firm, based in Green Bay, WI. We perform building design, construction and remodeling services in the, Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse/Distribution, Education, Retail, Food Service, Lodging, Agricultural and Religious disciplines. The largest percentage of our Design Build work is done within a 90 mile radius of Green Bay and the Fox Valley areas. Bayland Buildings, Inc. was founded in 1991 and employed two persons. In 2005 Bayland Buildings, Inc. has grown to over 100 employees with revenues over $40 million dollars. Over 70% of these revenues are with repeat clients. Our team now consists of 11 Salesmen, 4 Project Managers, an Engineer department staffed with a license professional Engineer and 4 Building Designers, 3 Architectural Designers for project design, a General Superintendent and 4 Project Superintendents, office support personnel, and over 75 skilled field tradesmen. We self perform our own footing / foundations, concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry and steel erection work. This self-performing allows us to maintain total control of quality and strict adherence to the project schedule. We utilize the latest technology in our Design, Estimating/Project Management and construction activities. We use computer software such as AutoCAD, Timberline Precision Estimating and Accounting. This gives total project integration and accurate control of our projects. We maintain our own fleet of late model equipment and vehicles, with on-staff maintenance personnel. Bayland Buildings, Inc. is very proud of our quality control record. We diligently practice "TQM" on all of our projects. Our mission is to deliver a top quality project that meets or exceeds all expectations from start to completion, thus ensuring complete client satisfaction and relationships. Bayland Buildings, Inc. believes in the complete Design Build Team Approach. The same team that designs your building is used to construct the building. This includes the subcontractors as well as the Bayland Buildings' Team. This insures better communication between the designers and ultimately a better and smoother construction project. To maintain the high quality of our building projects Bayland Buildings, Inc. only utilizes the best subcontractors that carry the same commitment to project quality and safety that we do. We maintain the highest-level working and business relationships with these subcontractors. We are also networked with some of the largest specialty subcontractors in the nation (i.e. concrete and steel erection), for large-scale projects. This again ensures complete client satisfaction.
