Barnet and Southgate College is a further education college that works in partnership with local, regional and national employers to provide bespoke training specific to industry needs. \nThe College has a dedicated Enterprise and Employment team that works with a network of local employers and national companies to develop and provide training that meets their requirements and creates apprenticeship opportunities.\nThe College focuses on technology and business, offering a range of higher education qualifications and professional development courses at specialised training centres. Along with university level qualifications in business, childcare and computing, the College also offers facilities to train in gas, plumbing and electrical engineering at the Colindale Campus. A specialised telehealth centre (CETEC) and Centre for Dental Sciences at the Southgate Campus focus on training with the latest equipment used in health, dentistry and social care.\nThe College also has unique training environment for those who work in vehicle body and repair - SCBP; located in Enfield and easily accessible to the home counties, for those wishing to develop their skills and gain ATA qualifications. As well as this, the College runs a dedicated catering and hospitality centre at Hospitality House in Finchley. Both centres are regularly used for networking and professional events.
