However, physical activity, lifestyle & nutrition changes over the recent years had led to a situation where chronic illness & obesity are rising rapidly. We are working to reduce & reverse this trend so that everyone has the opportunity to achieve the best possible health & wellbeing. As Ballarat's leading community health service, BCH is proud to be working with our community & our partner agencies to seek solutions which address these complex health problems.
