We have been servicing clients in the Chicago-land area since 1984. Over our 34 year history, we have successfully completed more than 15,000 projects in the tenant build-out, medical, manufacturing, and technology fields. BEAR has remained successful because of our ability to satisfy clients big and small. Each of our clients present different challenges from aggressive schedules to specialized systems and high-end finishes. Our ability to remain flexible and competitive has allowed us to become one of the leaders in the Chicago-land construction market. BEAR Construction owns and occupies a 36,000 square foot office/warehouse in Rolling Meadows that houses our team of twenty-one project managers, a full service estimating department, and a support staff of over thirty persons, which includes in-house Safety/Risk Management and Plan Production. Additionally, we have a staffed downtown Chicago office located at 1 N LaSalle, an office in Bradley, Illinois, in addition, remote satellite offices at 330 N. Wabash, The Merchandise Mart, and The Old Chicago Post Office. BEAR Construction Company employs a field staff of over one hundred superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and painters, which allows us to react quickly to our client's needs, project schedules, and provides for a seamless construction experience. If your project warrants, we are capable of self-performing the demolition, carpentry, drywall, acoustical, and painting trades. BEAR Construction Company is a family-owned corporation and we take great pride in the outstanding reputation our company has earned.
