Since 2006, Avenue Living has acquired more than $1.6 billion in assets under management across various asset classes, risk profiles, and primary / secondary Western Canadian markets. Our multi-family division, Avenue Living Communities, has approximately 10,000 units with more than 20,000 residents across 19 markets throughout the Prairies. Mini Mall Storage Properties Trust, an open-ended mutual fund trust focused on consolidating self storage assets, leveraging automation and technology and utilizes the developed Avenue Living Communities and Avenue Living Asset Management platforms. Above all, we are a value-oriented asset manager. Our selective investment approach aims to create long term value, preserve capital, and drive compelling returns for investors through a variety of investment offerings. To date, Avenue Living has raised more than $450 million in equity from private, strategic capital partners.
