Avenue Construction, LLC is a locally owned and operated general contracting firm focusing on construction and development services. Avenue Construction was founded on the principle that there is a better way to build. We believe that every structure whether a ground up project or an interior renovation has an optimal way that it can be built. Our goal is to provide a quality built facility that meets the customer’s budget while maintaining quality in the building structure so it endures the test of time. We believe that every client should enjoy a finished project with their expectations exceeded. You will find our philosophy is driven by our experience in providing projects on time and within budget. We understand that no matter the process, it all begins with being a builder first and taking a hands-on approach to every aspect of a project from pre-construction through completion. Most importantly, it means having a true understanding of the trade and knowing how to be both hands-on and how to nurture close relationships with the best design partners and subcontractors in the market. Our experience spans a range of industries including healthcare, education, science & technology, hospitality, retail, church facilities and multifamily dwellings. My vision has been to establish a business that will meet the needs of assisting property owners and investors in determining best uses for property and providing a streamlined process to a completed development that could be sold, leased or occupied by the owner. My focus is on building the right team of professionals that can change thoughts and ideas into a reality and a successful development.
