Diana Refsland and Mary Beth Wallace founded Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services in 1996. They have received awards for historic preservation by the Urban Design Commission and have been recognized for their service to preserve Piedmont Park and Intown neighborhoods. They have vast experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and development in Atlanta - representing buyers, sellers and developers. In 2004, Diana and Mary Beth added three partners to Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services -- Randal Lautzenheizer, Julian Rather and David Vannort. Randal and David, highly experienced agents who have specialized predominantly in Midtown, have been with Atlanta Intown since 1999.
