𝗔𝘁𝗲 does this by helping you reconnect with your body, by focusing on how meals make you feel overall. (Mind, body and soul.) 𝗔𝘁𝗲 is visual, non-judgmental and nearly effortless to use. Why? Because 39% of the world's adult population is suffering from eating behavior related health issues. Both the human and the economic costs are enormous. And the situation is actually getting worse. What blows my mind is that a lot of this suffering and spending could be prevented through relatively simple lifestyle changes. We, as a team, believe that this is one of the most meaningful issues to tackle right now from a social good and business perspective. All of us, who have found our path already know that it's possible. Know that small healthy habits can make a huge difference. This is what motivates us to build a solution that helps others.
