We are award-winning architects, urban designers and interior designers and our work covers masterplanning, residential, hotels, resorts, leisure and mixed-use schemes. Our design studios are based in London, but we also work nationally and internationally. We have a tenacious, analytical and contextual approach to architecture, and design homes across all tenures, from private-for-sale, private-for-rent, including Build to Rent through to low-cost, shared-equity and social-rented affordable homes. We approach all our work from the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainable design, and often integrate uses from the leisure, retail and cultural industries to help deliver thriving communities. We realise the potential of complicated sites in sensitive locations, especially in urban areas. We have many years experience both in refurbishment of listed buildings and the implementation of new build developments on redundant or brownfield sites.
