What Is Aspire Defence Services?

Aspire Defence Services Limited - Serving the Best - Employing the Best - Recruiting Now In July 2016 we celebrated our first ten years delivering fully serviced, new and refurbished working and living accommodation to the Army at Tidworth, Bulford, Larkhill, Warminster and Aldershot garrisons. Through Project Allenby Connaught, a 35 year contract and the largest infrastructure PFI let by the MOD, we have teams based at each garrison location working with partners, subcontractors and the customer to deliver a full range of Projects and Facilities Management Services including building maintenance, cleaning, catering, transport, utilities, office services and administration, and grounds maintenance. Over the last ten years of delivery ADSL has focused on health and safety and the management of the environmental impacts of the business, achieving national recognition through a range of industry awards. A large part of the organisation's success has been down to one of its core values - Customer Focus. Listening to the customer, responding to change, asking for feedback and looking for ways to constantly improve our service has seen the company develop from a standing start in July 2006 into a best in class Projects and Services provider. In recognition of the ways in which we value our staff, ADSL has again achieved Silver Investors In People status, one of only a small number of companies in the UK to have achieved this. We support the communities in which we operate by minimising the impacts of our operations on the environment and by supporting community projects. We often recruit locally so that in ADSL a high percentage of our employees delivering services on the garrisons live within a ten mile radius of their place of work.
