Founded in 1988, Architect One is a full service Architecture-Planning-Interior Design firm providing complete professional design services in Kansas and the central states region. We have offices in Downtown Topeka, KS and Downtown Manhattan, Ks. We provide traditional and emerging professional services including master planning, space programming, design, documentation, administration and evaluation. We take great pride in our work and the manner in which it is executed. Personal attention to our clients, their budget, and the project details by our dedicated and diverse staff has been the foundation of our success for over twenty-five years. Our completed project portfolio includes numerous healthcare, religious, educational, commercial, retail, restaurants, multi-family residential, and light industrial facilities. We also have extensive experience in historical tax-credit renovations and low-income tax credit housing projects. Over the last few years, Architect One lead the effort and is the designer of the Downtown Topeka Revitalization project.
