AMP leverages integrations with referral services, payer eligibility systems and implements workflow rules which make AMP and RTS the quickest path from the hospital to any skilled nursing facility. Our helpdesk provides three tiers of escalation, a professional team and a great process to take care of customer service requests in a timely manner.
