What Is Antioch University- Human Resources/Payroll central department?
Antioch University's distinctive Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Program combines faculty-mentored, individualized learning with a challenging interdisciplinary core curriculum. The focus of the program is on understanding and leading organizational change. At the heart of study is the student's own practice in professional life. Our goal is to educate professionals from a wide range of fields and in a variety of positions to be reflective practitioners, principled leaders, and engaged scholars. At Antioch, I learned to have opinions. That may not sound very important but it amounted to a personal paradigm shift. What freedom, what liberation, to have opinions, sometimes based on reason and evidence, sometimes based on nothing more than the liberal campus zeitgeist. Having opinions was, at least for me, tantamount to developing a personal identity. Warren Bennis From An Invented Life
