Anglo and American was formed to provide support for the UK legal and Insolvency professions where a determination may be required with reported assets in Florida, United States. The agency specializes in inquiries, mediations, and collections related to real estate or other challenging issues. We assist in identifying assets, recovering accounts receivable, and negotiating mutually acceptable settlements across a broad range of asset classes. Having served as agents for the Official Receiver's office for over 20 years, various I’P's, Inland Revenue and the County Courts, we are sensitive to fiduciary responsibility and work contingent where appropriate.
