Anchor Investments is a private, Nashville-based real estate investment company with a strategic focus to acquire, develop and manage income-producing commercial properties in the Southeast. As a secondary strategy, Anchor purchases residential land or properties and repositions those assets.\r\n\r\nAn active operator and investor, Anchor targets value-added commercial properties that are inefficiently priced due to a variety of circumstances, such as poorly-capitalized ownership groups, vacancies, rollover risk, inefficient current use, deferred maintenance or other unfavorable property and market conditions.
