What Is American Interiors?
Steve Essig founded American Interiors in 1993. The company's main line of new furniture is Knoll, and Kimball with the recent addition of DIRTT. American Interiors is also one of the country's leading remanufacturers of Steelcase office furniture. In addition to these, we represent over 100 different vendors to supplement our main product lines. American Interiors facilities are located in Cleveland, Detroit, Lansing, and Toledo. We are the exclusive Knoll and DIRTT dealer in the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton area, and the exclusive DIRTT dealer in Michigan. Inventory Asset Management and storage facilities are located in our Toledo location. The manufacturing facility located in Toledo exhibits American Interiors investment in technology. We have an extensive paint system that includes a bake oven, powder coat booth, and a media blast machine to ensure the most durable finish.
