Altep was founded in El Paso, Texas in 1994 by our President, Roger Miller. Recognizing the need for high-quality, affordable support services, Roger started Altep with the intention of offering digital trial presentation services to his clients. The business quickly expanded into the litigation solutions arena, and has continued to diversify and evolve under Roger's direction. In 1997, Margaret E. Valenzuela joined the company. She shares Roger's awareness of the unique constraints and pressures facing the legal industry. She also shares his vision of Altep's long-term expansion in both size and capability. In 2002, Altep moved aggressively into the realm of electronic discovery. Altep now converts about 4 million pages of client electronic data per month and hosts in excess of 85 million pages. To better support our growing client base in the Midwest, Altep opened a branch production facility in Bentonville, Arkansas in 2003. Today, Altep maintains offices in El Paso, Houston, and Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Bentonville, Arkansas and San Francisco, California.
