What Is Almaden Valley Athletic Club?

The Almaden Valley Athletic Club, (AVAC), is the Bay Area's premier, award-winning family facility offering total health, fitness and wellness programs for all ages. AVAC's resort-style facility features Kinesisâ„¢, Pilates, year-round Swim School, Junior Olympic pool, as well as 11 lighted championship tennis courts. Certified personal trainers offer one-on-one as well as affordable small group training. Certified fitness instructors conduct more than 70 group classes each week. AVAC is also home to the largest Bay Area Senior Wellness program fostering senior fitness with workshops, seminars, group exercise classes and social events.
