Alltrade is a full-service property management company in Louisville, KY. We have designed our services to handle all of your investment real estate needs. As your property management company we maximize your rental income and maintain your property's appearance and condition as if it were our own. Alltrade employs a licensed electrician, plumber and a number of experienced, dedicated craftsmen. Because of our hands-on approach, when a problem arises at your property we already have intimate knowledge of your building and are able to find a resolution quickly and more effectively than the competition. We also employ a Preventative Maintenance Program: every six months, we inspect each unit of your buildings using a 100-point checklist. This inspection helps reveal potential problems before they become actual ones. Alltrade understands that responsible, reliable and satisfied tenants are among the most important aspects of property management. That's why we employ a thorough Tenant Screening Process. We check a prospective tenant's credit, reference(s), and verify their employment. In the unfortunate event that an eviction proves necessary, our experienced attorney can minimize the negative impact of the eviction process and ensure compliance with applicable landlord/tenant laws. We have partnered with Structure to provide real-time building, financial and tenant information. This allows property owners to easily view the status of repairs, receivables and payables, and up-to-date reports. Tenants can also pay their rent online, and submit repair issues directly to our maintenance team via their web accounts.
