Alex Products began as an aluminum vent supplier to the building industry in 1973. Formally located in Alexander, North Carolina, former owner Dexter Benecke, named the company \"Alex Products\" after it\'s previous location. The name stuck and with a change in ownership in 1984, David Von Deylen became a partner with Dexter.
