Alberta Party Leader: Barry Morishita served as a Councillor and Mayor of the City of Brooks from 2016-2021 and was elected Leader of the Alberta Party by the Board of Directors in August of 2021. Morishita also served as President of the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (now Alberta Municipalities) from 2017-2021 before stepping down from the role to successfully seek the leadership of the Alberta Party.
