Our services include Staffing, Human Resource Consulting, Payroll Processing, Employee Screening including mobile drug screening, Career Transitioning and Safety Programs, Our History: In 1985 Bobbie Miller found herself the proud owner of an executive placement service, Altoona Personnel. In 1996, our company opened a second office in Johnstown. As our reputation spread and with requests from client companies, we added another site in State College in 2000. About us: Our culture and core values are who we are and we discovered (the hard way) that when we move away from that culture and those core values, we lose who we are.
